Remodeling Contractor in Castle Pines, Colorado

Grimes Home Concepts helps Castle Pines homeowners reshape their spaces through full-service remodeling. From kitchen and bathroom renovations to basement transformations, whole home remodels, and home additions, we create spaces that feel comfortable, cohesive, and connected to the home's character. The goal isn’t to chase trends or make your house feel like someone else’s. It’s to identify what could work better and create a renovation that makes staying there even more rewarding.

Make the Home You Love Work Better

Castle Pines is known for beautiful homes, established neighborhoods, and a setting that gives you plenty of reasons to stay. But even a great home can stop fitting the way you live. An outdated kitchen may feel disconnected from the rest of the house, a finished basement may not be living up to its potential, or an older layout may need a fresh perspective. Take a look at our portfolio to see what we can do for you.

Our Remodeling Process

1. Discover

Every project begins here. We talk with you to understand how you use your current home and what’s not working. This step helps us identify priorities, constraints, and the level of transformation you’re seeking.

It’s an open, collaborative moment where your vision takes shape and we begin guiding you toward what’s truly possible.

2. Consultation

After we understand your goals, we create a conceptual direction paired with a realistic budget range. Because remodeling projects often involve plumbing, electrical, and structural considerations, this is where our design-build expertise becomes invaluable.

This step ensures we’re aligned before moving into deeper design work, reducing surprises and supporting a smoother overall experience.

3. Design-Build Agreement

This is your formal starting point with Grimes Home Concepts. This step secures your place in our production schedule and launches the detailed design phase, which is where your bathroom begins to take on real form.

This agreement provides clarity, so you’ll know how the design process unfolds, what to expect with selections and layout development, and how we move from ideas to build-ready plans.

"Highly recommend Casey and his team. They recently built us a mudroom to connect our house and garage, and not to sound dramatic, but it’s changed our lives. It’s been the greatest addition to our family’s home, albeit a small space. Casey was so helpful from conception through completion - helping us realize a vision that I wasn’t sure even made sense. He is detail-oriented, patient, and hard-working. His contractors are all top-notch and communicated well throughout the project. They are tidy, stayed on schedule, and worked within our budget. We are already discussing future projects with Grimes Home Concepts!"

"It was a real pleasure working with Grimes Home Concepts (GHC) for my ‘kitchen remodel, plus more’. Casey and Patrick and all of their subs were thoughtful, responsive, and reassuringly thorough. Needless to say I’m thrilled to have a new beautiful space so central to my home. And GHC’s focus on good communication and professionalism made the whole project run amazingly smoothly and on time. I would certainly use Grimes Home Concepts again."

"Casey and his project manager, Pat did an amazing job with our first floor home remodel. From help with planning, to pre-construction, demo, and all the phases of the remodel they were extremely helpful with lots of communication and frequent in person visits. The contractors they use were all very friendly and efficient. If you have a home remodel project, I highly recommend connecting with Grimes Home Concepts."

"From the moment we met Casey and his trades people, we knew he was the contractor for our basement remodel. Very professional with his contract, stayed on payment schedule and was always transparent. Showed up every day and kept in touch with us throughout the project, WHICH completed about 10 days ahead of our scheduled date! Always available to answer questions, from his project manager to the designer, we were provided with quality work. We will definitely use Grimes Home Concepts for future work and would highly recommend!Photos before of the dated basement bathroom, living room and now new kitchen"

"We are so incredibly thrilled with our kitchen remodel by Grimes Home Concepts. Casey and Libby met with us and our designer, Christine at HouseHome, multiple times prior to starting the project. They were detailed and organized from the beginning and unlike many other contractors, their timeline was spot on. The entire project took 2.5 months and they were at our home every day ensuring that everything went as planned. The subcontractors they utilize are extremely professional and their level of quality is impeccable. They were also extremely clean and considerate of our space. I highly recommend Casey and his team for any remodeling needs."
