2. In-Home Consultation

During this meeting, we dive deeper into your goals, ideal budget, and the scope of your project. This collaborative session ensures that all decision-makers are on the same page. Afterward, we provide a Budget Letter outlining an estimated construction range and a rough project timeline to help you visualize the investment.

3. Design-Build Agreement

Once you're ready to move forward, we will formalize our partnership with a Design-Build Agreement. This agreement covers our terms, your role as the owner, and our plan to align the project design with your budget during the pre-construction phase.

4. Pre-Construction Planning
